To make sure our students are prepared with job-ready skills we provide our students with a complete set of welding tools and the knowledge needed to be successful in their new careers. Learn from industry-leading professionals and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of welding procedures including, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Flux Core Arc Welding, and Gas Tungsten Arc Gas Welding. Using each of these procedures, students learn to weld plates in various positions including horizontal, vertical, and overhead. Students also learn various techniques for cutting and preparing metal for welding procedures.
Build your career in as little as 34 weeks of classes*. In training, complete a 10-hour OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Administration) safety orientation to ensure the health and safety of all workers. LTI/LCT students have the ability to earn NCCER Credentials by successfully completing both written and hands-on performance evaluations throughout their learning experience. Successful graduates will be prepared for the industry welding certifications as required by their employer, as an example, through the American Welding Society (AWS).
