We’re waiving our application fee! Apply now to take advantage of this limited-time promotion.
The manufacturing industry is bringing jobs back to America, driving a new need for people with unique, specific skill sets. From cars to medical devices, construction supplies and more, so much of what we count on starts as a collection of finely-crafted parts made with CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machining.
Lincoln’s Machining and Manufacturing program include:
- Practice reading blueprints and precision measurements, and experience using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to direct tool paths.
- Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided-Manufacturing (CAM) software programs focused on geometry for milling parts.
- Preparation to qualify for credentials from the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS), in the areas of Measurement, Materials and Safety, Job Planning, Benchwork and Layout, CNC Milling and CNC Turning.
